I want you to get 9-11 hours sleep each night
To charge up to your fullest, I want you to go to bed at a set bedtime each night. Work out what time to go to bed, you need about 9-11 hours sleep each night (depending on your age). Everything is easier if you get enough sleep—especially getting up in the morning! 


Getting enough sleep helps you:

  • Learn better. Your brain processes all the things you've learnt while you sleep! Magic!
  • Be happy and in a good mood
  • Be able to remember things
  • Get sick less because it helps your immune system
  • Grow your brain
